“I went to my first RTT session with Kasia a little over a month ago for an enormous list of food allergies and asthma. RTT was a last-ditch resort and I wasn’t really thinking it would be able to do anything for me, but I had already run through my options: medications, allergy specialists, acupuncture, etc. I had become so allergic to peanuts that I couldn’t be in the same room as someone eating peanuts without a reaction and I had a myriad of other food allergies including anaphylaxis to apples and severe allergic reactions to anything containing celery, carrots or sesame. The asthma had also kicked in badly and I was using my emergency inhaler 6 times a day.
Prior to my RTT session, I had heard of muscle testing with allergies. I tested myself by having my dad apply pressure to my left arm while I held the allergen in my right hand. Sure enough, every food I had allergic reactions to, my arm would fall limp when the slightest amount of pressure was applied to it.
Two weeks after my RTT session, I had my dad try the test again with an apple in my hand and I was able to resist the pressure as he pushed down. I looked at him and smiled and said “I think I’m going to go for it.” Mind you, the last time I had bitten into an apple I had ended up in the ER three years prior from anaphylaxis.
I bit into the apple and relished the crunch, aroma and flavor I had missed for so long. I took another bite. My lips didn’t tingle, my tongue didn’t swell and I didn’t get hives. There was no allergic reaction! I celebrated by baking apple cake, eating apples and drinking hard cider.
I continued to try the foods I had been allergic to and to my delight, I didn’t have a single reaction. I haven’t needed my inhaler for the asthma since I left her office a month ago. I have not tried peanuts yet, but I have been able to sit around people while they eat them without getting hives or tingly lips. I have also gone out for Chinese and Indian food which I hadn’t done in years. I feel like I have a new lease on life 🙂 I know that all of this may sound too good to be true, but I am proof that RTT can get rid of your allergies. Kasia helped me discover that your life can be whatever you make it. Don’t waste another day of your life suffering. “I have suffered from severe anxiety my whole life. Throughout my early childhood, I would have a meltdown anytime I was separated from my mother for school or any other activities. Later, this developed into OCD and debilitating social anxiety. My fears would often surface in the form of panic attacks. In these episodes, I would become convinced that I was having difficulty breathing or that something awful was about to happen to me.
Although regular cognitive behavioral therapy helped me to control and subdue my fears enough to live a normal life, in recent years I have found that the panic attacks did not go away. How long is a session?
One and a half to two hours.
How many sessions will I need?
Usually one to three sessions per issue depending on how strong your imprints are.
Weight management is a minimum of three sessions.
How is RTT different from counseling or psychotherapy?
RTT is not talk therapy. In psychotherapy you’re using your logical, thinking mind, trying to figure out why you have the issues that are bothering you. This reinforces the negative patterns of thinking, so nothing changes.
RTT is focused on results. Each session is geared to what you want out of it rather than rehashing the negativity in your life. We are accessing the subconscious mind, so any blocks to your desired outcome are removed and the neural pathways are rewritten. I’m like a detective, I find the root cause of your issues and then, like a surgeon, I extract the negative, toxic emotions, memories and beliefs and replace them with new, positive, life-affirming beliefs.
How is RTT different than conventional hypnosis?
RTT is not just giving you suggestions in a hypnotic state. You are very much a part of the process, exploring your own mind and uncovering your own beliefs and how you got them. It’s what makes RTT so effective: it’s your unique mind we’re exploring, the suggestions and solutions will be as unique as you are, and a perfect fit, because your own subconscious mind is showing you exactly the way you need to heal. Brilliant!
What is my responsibility?
You get a recording after your session that you must listen to at least once a day for 21 days (or more) after the session. This reinforces the new neural pathways and new beliefs you’ve acquired in your session. It’s very relaxing and my clients love their recordings. Many listen before going to sleep at night. This makes the new programming even more effective as your subconscious will work during the night on whatever you give it right before sleep.
What will I experience?
Everyone has a different experience of RTT. Some people see images, some have more feelings than images, some people hear conversations. RTT is a safe place for you to explore your feelings and acknowledge your pain, past and present. I will be guiding you to safely review your feelings and experiences, there’s no need to relive them. Most people feel great after a session, relaxed, relieved and free of old beliefs that were holding them back. It’s a good idea to drink more water and rest a bit right after a session.
What if I can’t be hypnotized?
It’s rare that someone can’t be hypnotized since we’re in and out of hypnosis every day. We just don’t notice it because we normally don’t stay there very long. A hypnotic state occurs when your brain waves slow down. It happens right before you go to sleep, when you meditate, daydream or when fully engrossed in watching a movie. If you think you might have trouble I can send you a recording to listen to before your session so you get comfortable with the process.
